Intrum Integration into Vordur Dynamics NAV system

Dynamics NAV at Vordur integrated with web services available at Intrum, the largest claims collection office in Iceland. The Intrum web services have to do with providing the status of Intrum cases, claims and payments. It has to do with providing Intrum with additional information of payment coupons, postpone a collection of a coupon, dropping a coupon and notifying Intrum of a coupon having been paid by alternative methods. The project solution collects information from within the Dynamics NAV, makes a call to Intrum and then updates the Dynamics NAV system with the newly retrieved case, claim and/or payment information.
