
EJS CRM Integration with Dynamics NAV
EJS is one of the largest electronics stores in Iceland and by far the largest reseller of DELL computers. The total customer base in their Dynamics NAV ERP system contains over forty thousand customers. The problem they were having was that they use Dynamics NAV to create customer invoices but the salesperson uses Microsoft CRM to manage his customer relations. This resulted in customer information mismatch between their Dynamics NAV system and Microsoft CRM. The solution was to transfer information on NAV customers, contacts, items and sales orders to Microsoft CRM as they got changed in Dynamics NAV. That was the solution built by Rue de Net Reykjavik.

Technicalities
The solution is built using web services as a main method of communications. CRM has a built-in web service access and the NETConductor allows for communications with Dynamics NAV using web services. When a customer is updated in Dynamics NAV the information is instantly transferred to CRM using the NETConductor.
