Steinar has a M.Sc. degree in Strategic IT Management from Stockholm University and B.Sc. in Business Administration from the University of Iceland. Between degrees Steinar worked as an IT manager for Icelandic Mountain Guides as well as a mountain guide on Iceland's stunning mountains and glaciers. He also has many years’ experience handling complex tasks and dynamic groups as a mountain rescuer. So this guy is capable of tackling tough problems at any time, rain or shine, no matter if they are in Iceland's wilderness or a complicated IT environment at the office.
